Frindeed Connect Private Limited (“Frindeed”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal data of users (“you”) when you use our mobile application, website, or other related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Users who post help requests seeking goods, services, or assistance.

Data collected: Name, contact info, location, request details, payment information (if applicable).

Purpose: To display requests to nearby responders, facilitate communication, and complete transactions.

2.2 Responders

Users, freelancers, or businesses who respond to requests.

Data collected: Name, contact info, location, service details, licenses/permits, background verification info, payment info.

Purpose: To accept and fulfill requests, communicate with requesters, and receive payments.

2.3 Businesses / Merchants

Entities registered to offer services on the platform.

Data collected: Business name, address, license, KYC documents, service listings, payment info.

Purpose: To list services/products, interact with users, process payments, and promote services.

Refunds follow our in-app refund policy. Frindeed is not liable for disputes between users beyond facilitation.

13. Emergency Help & Forum Data

Emergency help requests may include sensitive data (location, contact info) to connect responders quickly.

Forum posts are public within the app and may be visible to other users. Avoid sharing private or sensitive info publicly.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal changes, new features, or operational changes. Material changes will be notified via app, email, or website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
